Magic Cookie Bars

Magic Cookie Bars

I made these a couple weeks ago and they were so fun to make and tasted heavenly.

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350.
In 9x13 dish, melt butter in oven.
Sprinkle graham crumbs over butter. Pour eagle brand evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients and PRESS DOWN WITH FORK.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool, chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store at room temp.

NOTE**** When I made mine I used an assortment of semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate and butterscotch chips AND I threw on mini-marshmallows and OMITTED the NUTS!!! SO YUMMY!!!!!

this is really similar to one I did all the time when Darren and I were first married. Mine was called Hello Dolly's and it did not have nuts but had butterscoth chips. I made it so much that we still can't eat it to this day.
